Анотація

Представлено результати товарознавчої трактовки основних положень Державних санітарних норм і правил «Матеріали та вироби текстильні, шкіряні і хутрові» та аналіз екологічних і гігієнічних вимог, які містяться в них. Виявлені їх переваги й недоліки у порівнянні з вимогами, які містяться в міжнародному екологічному стандарті Екотекс-100 і ДСТУ 4239:2003. Розроблено рекомендації для подальшого вдосконалення Державних санітарних норм і правил щодо основних гігієнічних вимог матеріалів і виробів текстильних, шкіряних й хутрових. Доведена необхідність гармонізації поданої в ньому інформації із діючою вітчизняною і зарубіжною інформацією (стандартами, регламентами та іншими), впровадження у практику вітчизняного текстильного виробництва названих санітарних норм і правил із метою сприяння підвищенню якості та конкурентоспроможності цієї продукції на вітчизняному та зарубіжних ринках.

Summary. Given the results of the interpretation of the main provisions of merchandising State sanitary norms and rules "materials and products, textile, leather and fur" and analysis of environmental and hygienic requirements contained therein. Their advantages and disadvantages in comparison with the requirements contained in the international environmental standard Ekoteks 100 and DSTU 4239: 2003. The recommendations for further improvements of the State sanitary norms and rules concerning the basic hygienic requirements of materials and products textile, leather and fur. The necessity of harmonization of the information therein with the current domestic and foreign (standards, regulations, and other), implementation in practice of the domestic textile industry called sanitary norms and rules with a view to promoting the quality and competitiveness of these products on the domestic and foreign markets.
